Why choose Volvo Hydraulic Hoses manufactured at Unevol?

In November 2015, our technical staff and workshop were certified by Volvo Hose Service in compliance with VCE hose service standards.

Today Unevol has two Volvo Certified Workshops for hose manufacturing; one at the Head Office and the other at the Moa Subsidiary.

The installed capacity is 5,000 units per year, and in addition to Volvo equipment, they can also manufacture other brands and types of construction and mining equipment.

The hose manufacturing workshop of our headquarters has the merit of having been the workshop with the highest number of Volvo hose sales in 2019, giving it great national and international prestige.

We manufacture hoses from 4.8 mm to 76 mm in diameter. With working pressure from 7 bar to 485 bar. These productions are made from technical recipes, to ensure optimum performance and precise adjustment. They withstand a wide temperature range from – 55 °C to +150 °C. They withstand a wide range of fluids: mineral oils, synthetic esters, biodegradable oils, oils in aqueous emulsion, air with oil vapors, water. They offer high resistance to external agents: severe abrasive conditions, high temperatures and pressures, ozone, ultraviolet rays.

By manufacturing Volvo hoses at Unevol, instead of purchasing them abroad, you can:

  • Lower import costs.
  • Reduce considerably the replacement time of the hose in the equipment.
  • Acquire in national territory, a hose with the same quality standards of Volvo, at 45% less than the import value.

Applications

  • Low – medium – high pressure lines, in extreme temperature conditions.
  • High pressure pipelines, with extreme abrasion conditions: contacts with sharp edges and foreign particles/bodies, abrasion due to sliding on the ground.
  • Pilot line studies.
  • Marine applications, ports and airports.
  • Subway and open pit mines.
