Way to pay

Unevol S.A will require liquidity capacity support for the value of the merchandise as detailed in the offer or invoice as appropriate. THE BUYER will manage the transfer of liquidity, the assignment constitutes a precedent condition for the delivery of the products. The value to be transferred in will correspond to the percentage reflected in the offer or invoice at the current exchange rate from CUP to USD.

Transportation and delivery

Unevol S.A is obliged to deliver the merchandise in the standard packaging that is governed by the norms and uses of the manufacturer, in such a way that it guarantees the necessary protection and its integrity and quality during handling and transfer to the buyer's warehouse. The value of the packaging and preservation will be considered within the billing amount.

Warranty

Unevol S.A with the sale of new equipment, parts and components offers a standard warranty of twelve (12) months or 2500 working hours, whichever occurs first. Unevol S.A. will replace or repair at no cost to the buyer, all the parts and components that, under the terms and conditions of the warranty, prove premature failure due to a manufacturing defect, during the warranty period

Return Policy

Damages related to quality and design, as well as hidden defects, will be processed by Unevol S.A, at no additional cost to the customer, provided that they originate within the warranty period. Our company responds for the hidden defects that may result from the products due to manufacturing problems, which will be returned free of cost to the customer.
